About Us…

Founded in 2001, Coffee Induced Games comprises of just me, and my name is Andy McAdam.

I began to program in Blitz Basic on the PC about six years ago, I’ve not been very productive in that time, as you’ll see from the downloads page. However I have now started a large scale project, as well as continuing work on some smaller ones, that will hopefully lead onto larger projects in the future, and more importantly, more enjoyable games for you to play.

I also train in Taekwondo martial arts, so you’ll see entries concerning that too. One day I hope to write a 3D fighting game, so the two areas will greatly cross over, as the moves in the game will be based around real Taekwondo techniques.

Recent Game releases are:

Invaders - March 2008

Bomber - February 2008

Space Blaster 2007 - January 2007

Work with me?

As I come up with more game designs, it’s becoming apparent that to make better games, I’ll need to team up with a like minded person.

It may be that you’ve got good skills in 3D programming but no idea what to make, or that you’re a budding designer with no interest in actual development. Get in touch and we’ll see if we can’t think of a good project to work on.

Project rules: You must commit to the project, on average I’d expect 10 hours minimum effort every week from part time indie developers. From experience, if a game only get’s worked on occasionaly, then you can forget about planning any release dates, cause it just won’t happen, you have to get the ball rolling and keep pushing it.
